Bench press

135 x 10
225 3x3

Dips 3x10 with green Rogue band assist

Pendlay row 135 lbs 5x5

Pull ups 3x2 with green Rogue band assist
Chin ups x 3 with green Rogue band assist

Air squats 10 x 3

Kind of a long, unfocused workout. Glad Nick came by and got me off my ass though. I'm going to go back tomorrow and do some heavy squats.
