Shoulder Press 165# 3 x 2, 135# x 6

Pull ups 5 max effort sets - 4, 3, 3, 3, 3

Bar dips 5 max effort sets - 6, 6, 5, 5, 5

Situps 50 for time - 3:06
These were definitely not strict. Elbows did come past knees each rep, however.
