Nadi Sodhana (alternating nostril breathing) - 8 sets of breaths
Bhramari or (Humming Bee Breath) - 6 breaths
Japa
One mala set (108 repetitions) of Aum Namah Shivaya mantra

First time practicing this early in the morning. The swami, and my old roommate Will had suggested this. But I couldn't really shake the sleepiness. Had to cut the meditation short and go back to sleep.
