Push press, push ups, kettlebell swings

For PETH 97 - Duration: 1 hour


Warm up - 400m run, 20 air squats, 10 burpees

Push Press 135 lbs. 3 x 5

Push ups x 20

Kettlebell swings 53 lbs. x 20

Just a really short workout. Training has been interrupted for a couple of weeks because of moving, starting a new term at school, and starting a new job. Talk about making some changes!
