Back at it - Deadlift and Shoulder Press

11/26/11 - 11 am at the house

Light weight lifting session

Warm up - Big block walk/jog/run with the Weiney dog, 10 burpees, 20 feet of duck walks

Deadlift 225 lbs. 5x3
Felt great! Put on weightlifting belt for fourth and fifth set.

Shoulder press 135 lbs 3x4
Was going to do 3x3, but it felt like I had at least an extra set left in me.




Kept the loads light, and the reps low for this session. Haven't been lifting lately, so easing back into it. I am going to be a beast again at the end of this cycle.
