Ok, here's the deal. I had these ambitions of fighting a few pro MMA fights to do something with all the martial arts I've learned since I was a kid. Found that time spent in most MMA gyms in the area was a waste of time, but not all. Tried CrossFit to help in this effort, and that didn't quite work out. Got injured, and health took a huge dive. Injury recovered, but still struggling to get my health in order. Still figuring out what's next.

Day 1 hunger
Always happens. This time it's a little worse than the first 2 times. Went off the deep end for the last 2 weeks or so on my eating. Odd thing is, although I feel uncomfortably bigger and heavier, my scale says I weigh the same. Weird.
