Squats and Shoulder Press

Warmup - HB Back Squat 135 x 5

High Bar Back Squat 225 lbs 3,3,3,3,3

Shoulder Press 135 lbs 3,3

Kept it short today. Left hamstring near ischial tuberosity started feeling crampy and weird. Also felt a little weak on shoulder press.
